Adult Squad

Adult squad is on Monday and Wednesday night from 6pm until 7pm. To join this squad we ask that you can swim 50m freestyle. The squad is divided into three levels and caters from the social swimmer to the competitive swimmer. So whether it is stroke correction or a social workout come along and give the class a go.

Daph Soppa is the coach with many years experience as a coach and competitive Masters swimmer.

Rum City Masters is the Swim Club many of the adult squad join for social or competitive swimming.

Scott Hamlet also facilitates a community squad at the Norville Park Pool on Tuesday and Thursday 5.30pm to 6.30pm.
